A couple of marketing tips:
1. write an article for your local newspaper and attract VA Buyers
2. if you have any military bases in you state, may want to take out ads in the "base newspapers\" or even submit the same article the you would submit to newspaper.
"Kyle, you have been a great asset to my marketing campaign for seller’s and capturing buyers.
I always get traffic from the colorful Craig's List Ads for my Open Houses.
The “text for info.” feature has been a great success (people think it’s really neat and it has caught the attention of a person who is looking to put there house on the market and buy another one!
Also the total marketing campaign not just the Craig's List Ads has helped me secure more listings.
Thank you for the giving me the opportunity to get more leads and secure more buyers with this innovative system.
Thanks again!
